I’ve been on this protein diet for over a week. It sounded so doable reading it. It’s such a short amount of time. But it is truly difficult. Sure I get hungry, but after days and days of protein, I don’t get hungry for more of it!
Yes, it has worked and I have lost, and I’m grateful for that. After Friday, I will say goodbye to this and look forward to a more balanced meal. It’s not that I just want a cupcake. I simply want an orange, or a piece of whole grain bread!!
Anyway, I will try to continue to work out and lose until I reach 125.
If know me and see me, don’t hate if I’m a bit cranky. Tell me I look fine.
